Srabi is a snack foods, very popular at Solo, Central Java.
This food is made from rice flour mixed with coconut milk and fried over coal.
Sometime given it pieces of banana, jack fruit, chocolate meses or cheese..
One of my favourite Srabi is at Srabi Notosuman, this Srabi already exist since 1923..
If visiting Solo this food must have to try..
