What is christmas.... ??

More than 2000 years ago, Jesus Christ was born in this earth, only 1 mission he brought to this earth. 

To redeem and sacrifice himself to this world so every one who's believe in Him can receive His mercy and forgiveness. 

Philippians 2:6-11 (KJV)

2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of [things] in heaven, and [things] in earth, and [things] under the earth;

2:11 And [that] every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ [is] Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

As i already received His love and grace, one message for me at this chrismast is i have to share loves to the other... 

Matthew 25:40

"And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, 

Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me."

My personal Hope in this christmas and new year is God's vision in my life can be clearlier, and i can live on the vision.

Thousand islands (pulau seribu)

At 27-28 Oct 2006, i had a change to go to Thousand island, located around 45 km north from Jakarta (Java island), it's kind a great adventure with all my friends, at 06:00 AM we did go to Muara Angke a traditional harbor (very small one :P), my friends and me around 15 people with full enthusiasm we go to pulau Seribu (thousand island), a round 2-3 hours sea trip from Muara Angke to pulau Pramuka (Pramuka island), the capital of Thousand island, this island is a civilization and region goverment office. One thing during the sea trip is the people of the thousand island is very familiar, kind and nice.

After reaching Pramuka island, we went to home stay that we already booked before, 1 night price at that time was around 300k IDR, after taking a rest and having some meals, we prepare to travel again.... renting 1 small ship, we travel and have snorkling to several islands around Pramuka island.

Also in the Pramuka island there is a sea turle conservation..

what a great islands in Indonesia. very glad to ever go to here.. and someday i'll go back to here again... explore other areas that we missed last time :)

Filling form and the truly dream

By today, i can fill my form. Minimum age requirement to fill form 24 years old is fulfilled today.
Form that will be submitted to church, so there will be a priest that will pray for my form for my soul mate(still don't know yet who is she).
This form thing(soul mate) is not really my first wish.. but also i hope for it too :P, i have an introspection this morning, whether my life already make my God proud or regret to has me in this world.
And i realized that my God is never and never regret to has a son like me.
He never wrong to choose me as His son, and i now know the truly dream that i have to reach more and more is i can enjoy the God's mercy, God's best bless, God's way/vision, God's unconditional love and all whole thing that God's already set it up for me.
For now on i will learn to live in Your way stay focus to You.
Maybe there will be many challenges and maybe i can fail too, but I'll never surrender for all of that challenges.
Other hope is my family can feel and receive Jesus love in their life. and i believe i can have a better not only better but best life, keeping increasing and moving forward and become more excellent in everything i do.

After all i would to Thank you to my God, Jesus i love you. You are the best that happen in my life.
Thank you Lord, and sorry for sometimes disappointing You.

Tikalong Trip, Chapter - 3

The rest of the day in Tikalong was filled with playing with Tikalong kids/guys, playing in the river (first time swim in river :P).


also we have visited some villagers house have a chit-chat with them, went to old Tikalong school before the new one, visit the kindergarten school building. so for the entire 1 week, i really enjoyed staying here. Also below attached the picture of Tikalong scenery.

Tikalong Trip, Chapter - 2

Next day in the trip (13 Oct 2007) Saturday at the morning, there was a gathering, every student from the schools (kindergarten, primary school, junior high school) were gathered together in the church's Hall.

Every student gave their best in singing, choir song.. what a great and wonderful song.
and as a gift from us, a bag with stationery. Thanks for the enthusiasm.

After lunch team was divided in 3 teams, 1 team to Maria Village, 1 team stay in Tikalong, and the other to Samantakin village. I was in team to Samantakin, the village can be reached only by walking around 2 hours, passing the forest, swamp and clay.


At night at Samantakin village, with a limited light (no electric line) and a lot of night insects, all villagers with full enthusiasm following our session, one of the session was a game which was building a tower with straws, this game talked about creativity and team work. A session was shared too, so every villages, every people can work together helping and no any quarel/fight each other.

At Sunday (13 Oct 07), praise and worship services at the village, in a school building (not as good as in Tikalong), and i was amazed by the enthusiasm of the children there, there still enthusiasm to follow the praise and worship.



After the morning praise and worship service, we did prepare to go back to Tikalong, i really miss the sauce that was made by the wife of the village's pastor.
At last, a lot of Thank you for the experience we have here, we learn about the simple, humble, enthusiasm and homely life. We never forget this village, and hope the best will coming soon to this village, also hope every child in this village can get an education.
Then... 2 hours happy walking back to Tikalong, great travel again.

Tikalong Trip, Chapter - 1

Trip to Tikalong happened from 12 - 18 October 2007, already more than 1 years, But this trip still impress my heart and i think in my heart there is already a place for Tikalong.
Tikalong is a village in west Kalimantan (Indonesia), we reach Pontianak - capital city of west Kalimantan at 12 Oct 2007 09:00, team from Jakarta total 12 peoples.
From Pontianak we have to go to Pinyuh a small town it took around 1 hour to reach there. Then from Pinyuh directly to Tempoak village it took 1.5 hour, the trip until Tempoak was using small mini bus (below picture :D).

The challenging part was going to begin... after reaching Tempoak village, the bus has to stop and the trip to Tikalong will by walking or riding motor cycle.

At that time there was only several motor cycle that was used.. so several guys have to walk, by walking it took around 2 hours and by motor cycle around 45 minutes. So i did decide to walk, the air there is very clean and fresh You will never find it at town, really a fresh air, came in my lung, clean all polutant from my body.... :P. I really enjoy this walking trip even tough there was a heavy rain happened, so after getting wet for more than 1 hour i reached Tikalong village, in my mind i never imagined that in a small village inside of Borneo Forest, i can see a big school building, a big church with big hall in there. Also on progress to build dormitory building for the students and lectures.
